Curtis Walls
Managing Member/ Founder
As a United States Marine Corps veteran, Curtis Walls has been able to instill great qualities into his team as a leader. With years of experience in the construction and petroleum service industry, Curtis brings the value of his old school ways to the company. Curtis is still actively involved with the day-to-day operations at Delmarva Petroleum Service, which includes still answering the phone for the late night service calls.
Travis Walls
President
Growing up in the petroleum service industry under his father's guidance, has helped form Travis into the leader that he is today. Starting full-time in 2007, Travis brought fresh ideas and knowledge to the business. He continues to stay up to date on all the new products, safety, and regulations in the industry.
Craig Reynolds
Construction Manager
Craig Reynolds brings 16 years of experience in the petroleum industry, specializing in UST systems and installation. He holds Emco Wheaton Certification, a Maryland UST Technician License, and a Delaware Installation, Retrofit, and Closure License. He has spent his entire petroleum career with DPS starting out as a laborer and moved his way up to the manager position.
Mathew Parsons
Service Manager
Matthew Parsons has 14 years of experience servicing petroleum industry, with expertise in electronic fuel control and monitoring systems. He holds Verifone Commander Certification, Syntech / Fuelmaster Certification, a Weights & Measures Device Service License, and Delaware Installation, Retrofit, and Closure License. He has been with DPS since 2021 as a service technician and worked his way to a manager role.
Bill Hayes
Testing and Compliance Manager
William Hayes brings nearly 30 years of experience in the petroleum industry and has been with the company for over 10 years. William holds multiple industry certifications, including installer and inspector credentials from DENREC and MDE. He takes pride in working for a company that treats employees and customers with respect.
